Ron & I have been busy as heck over the winter working on tunes and are playing our first gig a a field party Sat 15th!

Sept 7/08 - The Canadian Brewing Awards - Whew! I was fortunate to be one of 12 BJCP beer judges invited to judge yesterday. There were 219 entries from Craft Brewers (commercial breweries) across Canada ...what a day! This is the epitome work and fun. Great job by the folks from Taps Beer Magazine who hosted the event and staff @ The Duchess in Markham. It was also great to see fellow Judges, some of which I hadn't seen in some time. We started @ 10:30AM and went 'til 8PM stopping only for lunch and boy I've got to tell you, there were some mighty fine beers entered. Two that stood out for me were an IPA and a Barleywine. I had to take a break after the IPA's ...definitely the first time I noticed an "olfactory organ numbness" from hop aroma - Woo Hoo!! The Awards Show is Sept 25 @ The Richmond. Keep posted ... I'll post links to pics and web TV clips when available.

July 12/08 - "Naked In The Rain" has been re-mastered. This one is one of my favourites on the CD. I still remember Kristy-Lee doing the vocs ...I swear there were Angels in my studio that day!

May 6/07 - I just got back from another session at "Band Camp". This is an outlet with members of the Eastenders Beer Club. We're BJCP beer judges (yes, someone has to do it) and we've won a number of brewing awards, Kevin receiving 2 Gold medals and "Best of Show" recently in Montreal. Periodically, we get together to hammer out some tunes .... occasionally we get hammered. Look out for "Under Rehearsed-Over Refreshed" on YouTube in the next few weeks as I upload select clips from our first two DVD's. Jazz/Rock/Fusion ...so to speak, at it's finest!
Mar 15/07 - Look out for tunes from Mutant Onion! This is an outlet with keyboard player/hot-sauce aficionado Jim Chesworth. Recently we sat down to have a listen to some tracks recorded over the past 10 years or so and were surprised with the number of tunes. There were a few that we didn't remember recording.
Feb 15/07 - well, the votes are in folks! Thanks to those of you who took the time to listen and vote on which song should be the next single. You chose "She Was My Valentine" getting 32% of the votes. "You're Goin' Down" got 32% and my personal favourite "The Witching Hour" got 13%. So there you go!

September 29/06 - the new CD tray cards (back cover) are now available. I've fired my proof-reader (...me)! Anyone who purchased the CD up until now has the rare "Collectors Edition" of "Spiders & Silhouettes" ...see if you can see anything different! For those of you who purchased the CD from the website thanks again & they've been mailed out.
August 7/06 - "You're Going Down" has been entered into competition at GARAGEBAND. We've had success in past competitions here, including receiving the "Song of the Day" designation for "Obsession" ...not bad considering it was up against other songs worldwide including North America, Europe, Australia, etc.
July 15/06 - "Dangerous Times" has been warmly received and has been featured on a number of radio stations across Canada!
June 12/06 - CD mastering has been completed and it is now available directly here. Other on-line purchase options will soon be available.
